Probably a fictional character doesn't count, but I don't know for sure. I keep my online fannish obsessions and my RL mostly separate, so it has never come up. (I LOVE Tintin's shooting stance where he braces his firing hand on his folded left arm! I've never seen anyone shoot like that, but when I mimic the position I find that it's actually very steady!)

It's from the 1939 New York World's Fair which is a historical event that I used to be obsessed with. It's hard to see in the picture, but the scarf says 1939 (backwards because of the mirror) and shows the Trylon and the Perisphere. Not pictured are my bright yellow heels which totally make the outfit.
